Is my card information safe?
Yes. Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway on their own secure checkout. Card and banking details are never transmitted to or stored on this website.
Will I get a receipt?
A payment receipt is emailed automatically once the transaction succeeds. A GST invoice follows against your quotation reference.
Is the consultation fee refundable?
The consultation fee is adjusted in full against your project cost if you proceed with us within 60 days of the visit.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes — projects are billed in stages as listed above, and EMI options are available on eligible credit cards at checkout.
