What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal information Rama Wood Crafts collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to the quote request form, the consultation booking form, the contact form and the payment portal on this site.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect only what you enter:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your city or site address, where you provide it for a site visit
- Project details — space type, project category, budget range, timeline and any notes you write
- Your preferred consultation date, time slot and mode
When you make a payment, the transaction is processed by our payment gateway partner. Card numbers, UPI IDs, net banking credentials and similar payment details are entered directly with the gateway and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of the payment, the amount, and any reference number you supply.
Why we use it
We use your information to prepare and send your quotation, schedule and confirm consultations or site visits, deliver and install your order, respond to enquiries, and keep records of transactions as required for accounting and tax purposes.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is necessary to deliver your project: with our payment gateway partner to process transactions, with our installation and delivery teams to complete your order, and with authorities or professional advisers where we are legally required to do so.
Analytics and cookies
This site may use analytics to understand how visitors find and use the pages, so we can improve them. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work normally.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and quotation details are kept for as long as needed to follow up on the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records connected to completed orders and payments are kept for the period required under applicable accounting and tax rules.
Your choices
